 Bill
Schwarz is an internationally recognized expert in the design and
implementation of organizational growth strategies. His innovative
work in building learning organizations, implementing change,
developing leadership and quality programs has made him a sought
after and popular keynote speaker. He serves as a consultant and
advisor to many Fortune 500 companies. He also serves on the
board of several rapid-growth organizations. He has been featured
on the cover of two international magazines and in several newspaper
articles.
After a distinguished 30-year career, including successfully running
his own businesses, founding and directing two Executive MBA
programs in Organizational Leadership and Change, building an
interactive satellite television network for business and working
with CEOs to transform their own organizations, Bill formed the CEO
Alliance.
In the Alliance, the member CEOs objective is to
develop and achieve a competitive advantage through the design and
execution of growth strategies.
To accomplish this objective, they align their
organizations around their highest leverage points to achieve an
optimum rate of growth. He has completed a book entitled SIX
STRATEGIES for Controlling Your Organization’s Destiny that
sets out in a step-by-step manner the learning organization
principles, methods and strategies each of these CEOs followed.
Bill is the author of Mastering the Senior
Forces of Change, a breakthrough technology that establishes
trust as the basis for change management, client development and
sales success. As an early pioneer of the principles that result in
real change and long-term commitments, he has trained thousands of
students in the Change Interventions Process and
change agentry skills.
His wife, Laurie, is the author of,
Entrepreneurship, Embracing the Unknown, Spiritual Resources
for Entrepreneurial Living. Laurie is an accomplished keynote
speaker. Bill and Laurie have two grown children. They live in
Atlanta, Georgia.
