Information Collection and Use
theCEOalliance.com is the sole owner of the information collected on
this site. We will not sell, share, or rent this information to
others in ways different from what is disclosed in this statement.
theCEOalliance.com collects information from our users at several different
points on our website.
Registration
Registration is not required to use this site. We encourage users
to provide contact information (such as name and email address)
so that we may keep them apprised of developments at theCEOalliance.com.
We may also use this information to contact the user about specific
services on our site for which they have expressed interest.
Assessment Initiation
We also collect names and e-mail addresses in the assessment initiation
process. Individual workers electing to assess their boss or their
company must provide their boss's or CEO's e-mail address so that
we may identify each assessee, and contact those individuals with
instructions and a password for accessing their assessment results
at theCEOalliance.com. Boss or CEO e-mail addresses collected in this
manner are used exclusively for this purpose. In this "bottom-up"
assessment, the worker's e-mail address is not solicited. The worker
remains strictly anonymous. Workers may request that theCEOalliance.com
invite co-workers to participate in an assessment, and are asked to
provide co-workers' names and e-mail addresses for this purpose. Co-workers'
e-mail addresses collected in this manner are used exclusively for
this purpose.
Bosses, HR professionals, senior managers or CEOs are also encouraged
to initiate "top-down" assessments. In this case, the only
e-mail address collected is that of the person who will be assessed.
The only use of an e-mail collected in this manner is to identify
each assessee, and to contact those individuals with instructions
and a password for accessing their assessment results at theCEOalliance.com.
Order
Although we re-sell a number of products and services through affiliate
arrangements, we do not conduct e-commerce on our site. Contact information
(like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit
card number, expiration date) collected in the purchasing process
is collected according to the respective privacy practices of each
resource provider.
